Three years, nine courses, more than 250 classes, 1000+ hours... and now, as my time as a Masters student draws to a close, I come to reflect on what I have learned.
I returned to study after a 15 year break to take a step back and reflect on my practice. It has been a tremendous experience. I have re-examined my assumptions about teaching and learning; I have gained a sense of context within which my own philosophy fits; and I have explored some of the dizzying array of possibilities afforded us by new technologies.
I hope as you consider what I share with you in this portfolio that you too will begin to ponder 'what school could be', and begin to transform education within the roles you inhabit and the realms you influence.
